According to Dr. Laurel Horne, Au.D., an audiologist and clinical instructor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine’s Otolaryngology Department in Chicago, it’s important to take into consideration the level of hearing loss, a person’s lifestyle, and their expectations for a hearing aid.
