Sara Lindberg, M.Ed., is a mental health and fitness expert with over 20 years of experience in both fields. Sara has experience working in the health club industry and as a personal trainer and group exercise specialist for seniors. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the mental health, family support system, and education fields. She also is an accomplished writer focusing on health, fitness, senior care, technology, disease conditions, nutrition, mental health, and education. Sara’s work has appeared in a variety of publications including Men’s Health, Insider, Livestrong, Headspace,, SheKnows, Ovia Health, and many more.

Sara has a particular interest in senior care and aging in place. Caring for an older parent with health issues has allowed her to see firsthand how critical it is for seniors and their families to have accurate, compassionate, and relatable information as they make decisions about ways to keep a loved one safe while aging in place. Sara has extensive experience researching and writing about aging in place, fall prevention for older adults, hearing aids, medical alert systems, and retrofitting spaces like bathrooms to make them safe for older adults.
