Sara Lindberg, M.Ed., is a mental health and fitness expert with over 20 years of experience in both fields. Sara has experience working in the health club industry and as a personal trainer and group exercise specialist for seniors. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the mental health, family support system, and education fields.
