Lauren Masopust is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified perinatal mental health professional. She graduated cum laude from Occidental College and Fuller Seminary. Lauren specializes in providing holistic and respectful mental health support to individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, and issues related to neurodiversity. In her free time, you can probably find Lauren playing piano, practicing yoga, or hiking the trails of California with her husband, son, and corgi.
