Its slower response time (more than 25 seconds) to reach a monitoring center agent and how difficult it was to reach customer support were just a few reasons this device scored the lowest out of the top 11 systems we tested.

Although One Call Alert claims to have an endorsement from the American Diabetes Association (ADA), we couldn’t verify this claim or find any mention of one on the ADA’s website.
